Patience. Why does that word have such a detestable ring? In all God does in my life, this work takes the forefront.
I ask to learn to love Him, to praise Him, to obey Him, to see Him, to desire Him, and His answer is to train me to grow in patience.
No matter what means He uses to accomplish this, He will submit me to Him, and will instruct me in all the ways of trusting Him, glorying in Him, and reverencing His ways.
And isn’t this what I need to “learn to love Him, to praise Him, to obey Him, to see Him, to desire Him”?
